Walk around York's medieval city walls, experience the Jorvik Centre, soak up the tranquillity of York Minster, take afternoon tea at Betty’s famous tea-rooms, enjoy an afternoon in historic shopping streets, or visit one of York’s fascinating museums or art galleries ... whichever you choose, there's no denying York makes a great city break. There is so much to see and do just within the city walls, you are likely to find a short break is never long enough!
